Help needed to identify RGB pin 1 on Gigabyte mobo

I'm not sure which is pin 1 on B450 Aorus Pro WiFi, but I do know that the arrow on the RGB connector lead needs to meet it. The pins aren't numbered but there may be a rule of thumb that I'm not aware of.

They did a great job marking the header on the board for pin 1

I would just use a multimeter grounded to the chassis to find the 12V pin. It's best to check and be on the safe side.

Looking at the PCB for clues, the bottom pin has a wider trace on it than the other three. So I suspect the bottom one is 12V.

My guess is the left is 12v (button pin in photo). Because the text above it makes that the top. It would go 12v-R-G-B. I plug them in wrong all the time. If you don't get lights, flip it around.

I agree on this one as I have a Gigabyte board as well. But it should be just like pointed out in the pic above.

First drawing is always oriented the same way the connector is actually oriented on the board. Pin 1 is the bottom one.
