Help !!! RX 580 Low FPS & Low Power Usage

Hello Everyone !!! , I am experiencing weird problem with my Gigabyte Aorus RX 580 4GB. In all games I have played my RX 580 won't go over 100-120w no matter what I do & I also get Low FPS compared to other RX580. I have increased the power limit in Adrenalin software. I started to notice this in GTA V , I was only getting 45-50 FPS while others getting 70-80 FPS with high settings on 1080P. My setup is ........

• CPU : Core i5 4690 3.5GHz
• Memory : 8GB DDR 3 1600Mhz Memory
• Motherboard : Gigaybte B85M D3H
• GPU : Gigabyte Aorus RX580 4GB
• PSU : Corsair VS550
• Adrenalin version - 20.7.2

(I know many of you will say this is just a bottleneck. But my results are still low when compared to others with the same setups. I have attached some images. All Inputs are welcome !!!)

You're comparing to a card with double the Vram, and god knows what other differences in their system.

Problem Solved - It was because I was using single channel memory.looks like GTA V love dual channel memory.In some cases FPS difference between single Channel and dual channel is almost 40.

Wattage seems to also ok after comparing to some stock rx580s , they go over 145+ after overclocked
