hi all,

trying to get the most of this locked 11400f and set it up properly. I've already enabled xmp to 3200nhz and set power limits to unlimited using intel xtu.

1. is it possible to lock all cores to 4.4ghz on the b560 or z590 platform (i.e. use MCE on the locked 11400f)?
the b560 will not allow manually setting core ratios beyond their locked numbers (42x all core, 43x 2 cores, 44x single core), but it will allow setting their turbo ratio to 44x, however this appears to have no effect.

2. if 1 is possible, can this also be coupled with a BCLK of 102.9mhz to give 44x102.9= 4.5 ghz?

3. MCE is not available on gigabyte b560, is it available on asus, msi or asrock? (I have seen it available on asus tuf b560 but does it work?)

4. option to set BCLK is not available on gigabyte b560, is it available on asus, msi or asrock?

5. the aurous pro comes with a bclk of 99.75mhz, is there a way to set it to 100mhz?

6. does b560 support memory overclocking beyond 3200mhz with a 11400f

is there anything else I should set up/change in BIOS for this cpu?

Do this in BIOS

The boost table is the highest you can set the core frequencies manually, so it will be lower for all core and higher for single core as you note here.
if 1 is possible, can this also be coupled with a BCLK of 102.9mhz to give 44x102.9= 4.5 ghz?
The previously mentioned boost tables should operate on the frequency multiplier independent of base clock. Basically the processor should assume the BCLK is 100MHz even when it is not 100MHz.

MCE is the Asus branding for unlocking power limits out of the box.

Not sure where to find it in GB BIOS and I can't find any pictures of the BIOS to scroll through. I would expect it to exist on boards from all the vendors, definitely higher end ones like the Aorus Pro. On Gigabyte Z590 boards it is near the top of the main tweaker page.
the aurous pro comes with a bclk of 99.75mhz, is there a way to set it to 100mhz?
99.75MHz BCLK is usually done for EMI compatibility, usually as part of a spread spectrum technique. Disabling spread spectrum (if it is an available setting) should make the BCLK 100MHz, otherwise manually setting another BCLK as above should fix the BCLK to the set value.
does b560 support memory overclocking beyond 3200mhz with a 11400f
Yes, keep in mind that the best memory performance with Rocket Lake is achieved at the highest possible Gear 1 frequency with the tightest possible timings.
is there anything else I should set up/change in BIOS for this cpu?
Not that I can think of off the top of my head.

What mobo do you have?

I'm surprised you don't have an option to adjust your bclk, but if you have maxed out pl and turbo ratios and overclocked your ram, it should be pretty close to maxed out already.

I cannot max out turbo ratios on this board. is this possiple on z590 or other b560 boards for this cpu?

According to Techspot/HUB, you've got a good board. https://www.techspot.com/article/2252-intel-b560-disaster/

If you've maxed out all your settings plus overclocked your ram, you should be close to maxed out if not there. I doubt changing boards would do much other than add expense to what's supposed to be a value build.
