Hello, can you help me with this 8GB RX590 that I bought on Aliexpress? The video card starts to glitch on the screen for a few seconds but then works normally. (The temperatures are good but compared to an Rx 580 2048sp that I had in the past it gives me the impression that it has less performance when i play something)

This video card came with the BIOS of an "RX 590 GME" but when I opened the techpower it told me that it was an RX 580 2048SP 4GB ( https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-580-2048sp.c3321 )

The Gpu Chip code is: 215-0910038 and vram: Samsung K4G80325FC-HC25

Could you tell me which Bios I should put in?

Hello.
Please elaborate.
Gives us more details regarding those glitches.
How and when appears?
Can you make some pictures of those glitches ?
On the other hand please save the current BIOS and attach it here.
I want to check it if the card was a "miner".
Even the BIOS is original, it could be an old miner.
But let's take one step at a time.

Here is the video of the glitches, they appear out of nowhere, when I play or do nothing. They appear as shown in the video for a few seconds and then they go away but sometimes they are more noticeable and there are green boxes. It is very difficult to record the exact moment where the green boxes appear because even if you stress the GPU, they appear out of nowhere.

Well, it seems that you have the original BIOS in your card.
Your BIOS was not altered.
Based on this info and due to the fact you have those glitches, we can assume that your card have some hardware fault.
Before anything else, please open the card and re-paste the GPU and replace the thermal pads from the memory chips.
I did that on many cards that i own.
After a few years of usage and a lot of stress, the card needs a refresh.
You did not fill out the system specs.
What PSU you have in that system?
It could be a power problem also
