Help to ID an odd Radeon RX580 bios

I recently pulled this guy out to see if I could get it going. Tried a few of the OEM RX580 4gb and 8gb bios that look similar with the squirrel fan and they will flash successfully but then it shows 0 mem and 0 mhz even after pixel patching. I’m stumped! Sticker says RX580DE PA7103. Any help is most appreciated as always!

Rx570 or Rx 580 2048 SP because of the chip.

Verify if all ram chips have the number 4 to the right of the code H5GQ.

Asus RX 570 with chip "215-0876406"

So I previously bricked the gpu mentioning in the title. see this thread I am trying to find a proper bios for it, as it is a bit of an odd thing. It is a Asus ROG Gaming OC 8gb 570 to be precise (samsung memory), but the actual gpu chip is labeled 215-0876406, which Ive seen is either for 470...

Nvmd you said squirrel cage, some research states its a dell oem most likely. And cards badged oem tend to be cut down models.

There are 3 files there, try them, if it still doesnt work, scrap the card

Can you confirm "Model: D000" or "Model: D009" is listed on the backside of the PCB? From what I can see on the internet its a DELL oem card:

I couldn't find any original Dell RX 580 D009 bioses with H5GC4H24AJR memory support. Maybe these universal bioses work:
