I want to watercool my PC, i have a 7800X3D and a RX 9070 Gigabyte Gaming OC , do i need some extremely overkill or not at all, also i have a NZXT H5 Elite and i know that could be a drawback in terms of space, what do you guys could recomend...and about the gpu block i see there is one for the 9070 XT version and the PCB is the same can i put it in my GPU still?

Nothing over-kill, there's no reason to overclock X3D with chances to break it.

Can't say directly if the waterblock will fit the GPU honestly. It depends on vrm and memory layout as well as the mounting holes. You will have to research a little bit on that.

I see zero benefit to this whatsoever unless you're planning on doing ice bucket overclocking sometimes.
X3D was never introduced as an overclocking product and so far there hasn't been anything outstanding.
The Gigabyte RX 9070 is a tri-axial product similar to my Sapphire Pulse 9070 XT but with less chonk.
These are ~300W cards with much higher thermal dissipation specifically for the crowd that hates NOISE.
Alphacool, Bykski, Barrow and others are still locked on the 7900* mod train and stock/price is still insane.
What I'm saying is if you want a block for any 9070 card, you're gonna have to machine it yourself.

As others have stated, there is minimal reason to watercool either of those components. However, it's more about the looks and the sound bonuses you get from watercooling these days.
You will need to get a block specifically for your graphics card. If the block you're looking at doesn't mention compatibility for your card, it will not fit unless you can 100% verify that the PCBs are exactly the same.

Pointless with 7800X3D it's a multiplier locked part, PBO will get you couple hundred MHz but that's a fluctuating thing, and you can get that on air.

With 9800X3D you can overclock to around 5.5-5.7 GHz all core so custom watercooling can be worth it.

9070XT also not high end or power hungry enough to bother custom watercooling.

Not much there to WC, like as in a real loop so I'd suggest a large AIO for the cpu.

So the thing here is even it doesn t draw a lot of heat i live in portugal and in the summer its hot and its like almost a heater for a small room like mine , being a first time i hoped that at least the heat would not be as much with wc conpared to normal config
I already have a good cooler for the cpu an artic liquid frezzer 3 240, but the gpu even thiugh it is not the hottest one it makes a difference the purpose of the wc sistem will just be silent and to see if the temps will go a little bit down… and i m not planning to overclock neither of them it is just for the temps and noise really
Will it still be pointless?

It's physics... It's all the same amount of heat. It reads like you might want to invest in some room fans to remove the waste heat.

Do you have air conditioning? Without it, it's 35°C here. Water cooling won't help, as the heat stays inside.
Here's how my water cooling is shaping up so far - except for a different block, a dual radiator, and a pump block that includes the CPU.

Sorry for didn t expresse myself correctly and im aware of the heat is the same but my thought was just if i could get the heat dissipated quicker with the wc and the rads for example not beiing so much hotter because as i have now the rad from the cpu really gets hot and being at the top of the case as exhaust it really works like a heater kkk… but thanks for all the intel really apreciate to all and yes i will really seek for AC it should be the wiser option
