It does nothing to do with usb, but im having the 2019-2020 issues of x570 am4 usb issues.
Some of the known fixes are forcing pci 3.0, disabling cpu C-states, and disabling CSM module.
I cant disable CSM because of my gpu not being GOP compatible, thats it
Thank you so much!!
EDIT FOR THE RECORD:
Succesfuly flashed this bios:
BIOS and i was abled to disable CSM.
I have to say that something weird is happening on this x570 Phantom Gaming 4 board
First of all i was scammed with this board, bought it used and it had USB problems, received it with a 3.1 or 3.2 (i dont remember) bios, (THIS BIOS WAS WAY OLD AND PREVIOUS TO 4.1 WHICH WAS THE FIRST TO "SOLVE" USB PROBLEMS) and I updated directly to last 5.61 BIOS hoping to solve the problem, disabled PBO and forced PCI 3 as other forums suggested. The problem persisted.
Then i updated to 5.63 BIOS (beta) + previously mentioned "fixes" and still persisted.
Now I downgraded BIOS to 4.1 which advertised in the description "improved USB compatibility" this was the BIOS from back in the day (2021) that was suposed to solve the USB connectivity issue, as seen
HERE. AND IT DID!.
When i flashed it I inmediately disabled PBO, forced PCI 3.0, and with with mi GPU flashed i disabled CSM. And the problem is GONE!, I cant tell if the chicken or the egg came first, but im 2 hours into using the computer, succesfuly played Starcraft 2 with no problems. Ill do a later 1 month update, but so far is looking promising. Also when I noticed that the USB where stable I came back to the BIOS and enabled my XMP profile 3200mhz on my 16gb kit.
I will not enable PCI 4.0 because i dont need it at the moment.
Sadly i has hoping to upgrade to a 5700x3d, but its not compatible with this BIOS, but thats a problem for the future.
Im on last chipset driver 6.10.17.152
