Re-apply the thermal paste. It's easy to do and doesn't take long. I did a few days ago on my RX 7900 XTX and the hotspot temp dropped from 100 deg c˚ to 72 deg c˚. Now I can barely hear the fans when playing a game or running a benchmark.

It needs doing, and it's an easy 15-minute job but I can understand the hesitation on a somewhat valuable GPU if you've never done anything like it before.Yeah, but I have never done that. I'm kinda worried about breaking something and also taking heatsink off seems and on seems hard at least from what I've seen

Has it been like this before, or did the temps increase over time? Check the fans/coolers/case filters if they need to be cleaned to improve airflow, so the GPU temps (including hotspot) go down as well.My hotspot is reaching it's maximum temp 110°, but temperature is only reaching max 75°
