Hi, what can I type to search for this cable type please?
one end goes into a 3pin THERMALTAKE FAN HUB, and the other end goes on motherboard aRGB header!
can't see to find anywhere online at all !!!

Its a proprietary cable from Thermaltake....Those are made on order by the company....you can search for second hand sales or PC spare parts websites...but as mentioned before the manufacturer is your best source for getting a new cable.....another method is to get a schematic of the cable and make your own...there are experts here who can help...

post a pic of the fan hub, including the connection you need the cable for.

Also where is the cable going from----->to?

First image is the FAN HUB //
Please see the TOP of that fan hub, there is a 3 pin MALE .. then look at the cable image attached.
(on the cable) The 3pin female should go on the top of that hub then the other end goes on the motherboard aRGB header..

Looks like you need normal 3-4 pin fans and controller for them or connect all the fans onto your mother board fan ports.

TT sux bud don't rely on their crapware either.

Please look the images I posted above ,, the fans are already connected and the RGB is already ON .. all I need is to make it aRGB , by connection the top the to the motherboard aRGB header.

Pull the plastic thing off. do the pins on the cable you have fit over the pins? If so, you will have to trace the wires on the lead and make sure they are in the right order or you might kill the board. I have added a pic showing the pin out on the aRGB header on the board, so when you connect it, it needs to be
5-5
DI-DI
GND-GND

Edit, if you don't have a cable, buy the corsair one, and do the same, pull off the plastic thing off the hub, and see if it will go over the pins.

I know there isn't. i figured you would have realised the pic i posted was just showing both 3 and 4 pin versions, yours is 3 pin. If you can't work it out from what i have posted, sorry, i have done what i can to help. If i was near where you lived i could come and do it in 5 mins, but i am not.

I realised you don't have the cable, notice the edit. buy the corsair one, use that to get what you need to work.

yes then use the corsair cable you order as i have shown on the pic. Just make sure it is connected between the hub and motherboard correct-
5V-5V
D-D

I don't have a problem with the aRGB END ,, the bottom end .. I'm ok with that one I can fit it on the motherboard and I know where it goes with no problem. THE PROBLEM IS AT THE OTHER END, I need a cable that can has one end aRGB, and the other to fit the male fan hub connector !! none of the ones I have fit on the FAN HUB !!
