If I remember correctly, GPU is 80% of their revenue. I also don't see them releasing new mainboard either. Is there any reason why they don't AMD GPU & Mainboard? Both my mainboard Z370 (7 years and still running) and RTX2080 are EVGA's. Their customer service in the States are also top level.

Near death probably. They still released a bios for my Z690 Classified in the last year though. So there is some (minisicule) signs of life.

Another one of these threads?

EVGA is a private company. The owner is getting old. He said he plans to retire and does not plan to sell the company. Unless he changes his mind, EVGA will go out of business. It seems like they are currently tapering off, waiting for the majority of their customers to move on and no longer require product support, and will then announce their closure.
It's an honorable way of shutting down a business.
Moving on to other product lines contradicts the owner's stated intentions.
