how to check amd 6900xtx or 6900xtxh

I have a Nitro+ Special edition card, its based on toxic extreme PCB https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/ni7ppj Toxic seems to have XTXH chip https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/sapphire-toxic-rx-6900-xt-extreme-edition.b8780

is there any diagnostic tool that can clearly show what chip is inside?

Well, I have found a way to check.

1. get https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/
2. unzip
3. install driver with file AMDVBFlashDriverInstaller (press "i" inside dos box)
4. run amdvbflashWin

it will show chip ID.
0x73bf = 6900xtx - regular CHIP
0x73af = 6900xtxh - FAST CHIP

! dont forget to uninstall driver after checking ID with AMDVBFlashDriverInstaller

So, for "6900XT sapphire Nitro+ SE" its a regular 6900xtx chip, not 6900xtxh. The board is indeed from toxic series, which should be more more stable and reliable.

I know this almost a necro of this little thread, but i wanted to thank the OP. I picked up an Aurous Waterforce Extreme 6900 XT. According to this post it is indeed XTXH and this information is very hard to find. In fact this thread is about the only place i could find information on this. I didn't want to have to take the card apart to verify this.
