I don't have any kind of experience with nvidia bios.
So I don't understand how it is possible that my computer shows the bios version that is stored in the techpowerup database,

but at the same time the TDP is drastically different. My computer has a TDP of 80W,

but the bios in the techpowerup database have a TDP of 115W.

Bios can be the same but in notebooks manufacturers can set the min/max TDP for the cooling. (see adj range, controlled by the main bios)

Thanks for the suggestion, but can you tell me exactly where to look for Adj. Range values?

Update

Did you mean this?

My vbios has Adjustment Range -14% to +0%
Techpowerup database vbios is Adj. Range: -99%, +22%

How can this be changed? Will the Adjustment Range also change when installing vbios from the Techpowerup database?

Can anyone help me understand the GPU-Z sensor readings? Which of the following values indicates the TDP of a video card?

Thanks for the info.

If I understand correctly, I have successfully flashed the vbios from the Techpowerup database.

Code:
Windows PowerShell

Install the latest PowerShell for new features and improvements! https://aka.ms/PSWindows

PS C:\Users\user> cd c:\nvflash
PS C:\nvflash> .\omgvflash.exe -6 3060mob.rom
NVIDIA Firmware Update Utility (Version 5.780.0)

Checking for matches between display adapter(s) and image(s)...

WARNING: Firmware image PCI Subsystem ID (10DE.0000)
does not match adapter PCI Subsystem ID (1028.0B56).

Downgrading/Sidegrading firwmare detected.
(This is usually only needed for very special circumstances.)

Are you sure you want to continue?
Type "YES" to confirm (all caps):

YES

Downgrade/Sidegrade is permitted.

You are intending to override PCI Subsystem ID.
Are you sure you want to continue?
Press 'y' to confirm (any other key to abort): y
Overriding the PCI Subsystem ID mismatch.
Current - Version:94.06.29.00.3C ID:10DE:2560:10DE:0000
               GPU Board (Normal Board)
Replace with - Version:94.06.29.00.3C ID:10DE:2560:10DE:0000
               GPU Board (Normal Board)

Update display adapter firmware?
Press 'y' to confirm (any other key to abort):
[==================================================] 100 %

A reboot is required for the update to take effect.

PS C:\nvflash>

But as I suspected at the beginning, they pointed out to me that this is the same BIOS that was originally on my video card. Therefore, no changes in performance were detected.

So, back to the standard BIOS.

Disabling Super resolution gave a greater effect.

As it turns out, if you run the GPU-Z Render Test, you can see that the power of my video card is 115 W.

Thanks for the help, as far as I understand, if it is not possible to change the "Adjustment Range", then this is the maximum I can get.

Updated
However, I don't understand why the Nvidia control panel shows Maximum Graphics power 140W? If real Cinebench 2024 reaches ~95W and GPU-Z Render Test reaches 115W.
