In the TPL window check the MMIO Lock box. Set Power Limit 4 to a value of 0.

Your laptop looks like it might have poor cooling. When was the last time you opened it up and cleaned it out? Blowing out the dust can help. Consider replacing the thermal paste if blowing out the dust does not help. Maybe your laptop is running hot because your room temperature is over 30°C.

In the FIVR window set IccMax for both the core and the cache to the max, 255.75. You can set the turbo ratios back to their default values; 38, 36, 35, 34. Your CPU does not support any overclocking so setting all of the turbo ratios to 38 will not accomplish anything.

If you have a Nvidia GPU, I would not undervolt the Intel GPU. It is usually not worth the bother and might cause instability if you go too far. If you do want to undervolt the Intel GPU then you also have to undervolt the iGPU Unslice the same amount. If you only undervolt one of these, on most CPUs, this will not actually do anything.

Try running the TS Bench 960M test. Does it report any errors? If you see any errors during this test or if your computer randomly crashes, I would increase the cache voltage. Setting the cache to -140 mV is usually right on the very edge of stability.

When stress testing your CPU seems to be throttling. Exit HWiNFO and post a screenshot while AIDA64 stress testing that includes ThrottleStop with Limit Reasons open.

4) i tried TS Bench 960M test and everithing is fine,
5) yes i think i need to clean my laptop ,

You can try doing whatever you like to these limits. What are you trying to accomplish? Higher performance or less heat? There is probably no point in increasing the turbo power limits if your cooling cannot manage the extra heat that it will create.

I find that is a quick basic test to see if the voltage is more or less stable. If you have any problems with games randomly crashing then try adding 10 mV of voltage to the cache. It is the most important adjustment for stability issues. The rest of your settings look OK.

cache -140 and everything is stable exept some games are crashing,
If some games are crashing then you are not stable. Set the cache to something more conservative like an offset of -130 mV.

What does stucking mean? The screenshot you posted shows that your computer is running OK. Post a screenshot that shows the problem and attach a log file.

The CPU is running too hot. Open your laptop and fix the cooling problem.

If ThrottleStop crashes when you unplug your laptop, it is because you did not set up the Task Manager correctly. It sounds like your Task Manager settings are killing ThrottleStop. Try following this guide.
