How to stop thermal thorttling on i7-1165g7

Hi, I have an I7-1165G7 and I have the problem where my dedicated gpu (mx350) doesnt work properly (lots of lag spikes in game) due to the thermal throttling. Many people say that's why.. And if I use integrated it works fine with no problems but it is way slower than the mx350. Anybody can help me fix this issue?

Monitor and then post your temperatures so we can take a look. Use software (throttlestop)
