I have a 1235u from lenovo thinkpad yoga x13 gen 3, how can I access the FIVR page, everything that is related to voltage control seems to be locked.

I also noticed that "system agent" is drawing a lot of power from hw info

Post a picture of the FIVR window. I do not think 12th Gen U series processors support undervolting.

also here is the screenshot of high system agent power from hw info, since it is drawing about 35% of the total system power even idle, and I want to extend battery life, I wonder is there any way to decrease that power

ThrottleStop shows that undervolting is Not Available. That useful feature was removed by Intel. Only the much more expensive mobile HX processors still allow undervolting.

The power consumption data is not measured power consumption. It is only an estimation. The number displayed may not be a good indication of actual power consumption, especially when a CPU is lightly loaded. With no FIVR adjustments, there is no way to reduce voltage or reduce power consumption without also reducing performance.

I would check the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window and increase the MSR power limits if your cooling is up to it. There is very little else you can do to improve performance.

The U series CPUs are not for enthusiasts. The days of Intel leaving all sorts of hidden items unlocked ended when they introduced their 12th Gen CPUs.

you can tweak PL in TS? Why UV? Or reducing clock helps too.. you get that this is laptop so better get it not so hot than squeezing out that 5% of performance lol
