I have an HP Omen 10750H RTX 2070 CPU and recently it has been dropping the Turbo when playing warzone. I was able to reach 100fps more or less but lately it seems the cpu is dropping speed and it drops to 50 fpsevery time as shown on the pic. Is there any way for me to fix this? I dont think is temp related because I just cleaned the vents and repasted a couple of days ago so not sure what is causing this but when the CPU runs 4ghz+ the game can run 90fps+ without a problem.
