HP Rx 460 Freezing, not booting all of a sudden after normal use.

Alright guys, got yet another error with a rx 400 card. I've already had a 470 that randomly crapped itself and a 480 that did something similar, randomly black screening and fan 100% while sitting idle. (then i ovened it to try and fix it and a memory chip popped of so it was cooked lol)

Anyways, I've been using this HP 460 model for a bit on my other personal PC for a bit and it's worked fine and ran all the games it needed to. From the beginning it was having a weird issue with the HDMI port(it would slowly flicker on, then off, then on, then off) but I didn't really care too much because it was my second monitor. so I just used the main one. It was fine for a couple months, but one day it just started freezing, and corrupted my windows because I had to force shut it down. I've learned so far a fresh windows install fixes this issue, it won't freeze randomly and it'll boot fine, but once I install drivers, it'll start freezing and blackscreening on boot again. (Windows automatic repair sometimes fixes the issue by rolling back the driver to microsoft basic display btw). So yeah.
I've tried reflashing the bios a couple times so far and it did nothing, I already popped it in the oven to fix the HDMI issue from before but it did nothing. Should I have another go?

This card is probably toast isn't it? What do you guys think?

Did you make sure no other system components are unstable? Memtest, CPU stress test?

I tried on my personal PC which works fine with a AMD card, and it immediately had the same issues.

They're not all on the same system. I just have a ton of issues with 400 series it seems. The 480 I was using with an e3-1230 v3 and z97 mobo(bios latest) before that it was used in a system with an i5-7600 and b250 motherboard and worked just fine up until a bit ago

the 470 never really had a home, after it no displayed I tested it on the same as before plus an i5-12400, B660 motherboard(bios also latest) system which is my personal, plus a i7-7700 system with h170 motherboard.

The 460 has been used with an i3-9100f system with an HP motherboard, up until now and I also tested it on my personal system which has no issues. My personal system runs fine with a RX Vega 56 GPU for reference.

(and yes ik a lot of Intel lol weird how that happened)

eBay lol, The 480 I've had for a year and the 460 I've had for like 2 but they both got issues around now‍

HP psu(it's in an hp prebuilt) for the 460 up until now, and my main system has an EVGA 600w unit. the Xeon E3 1230 system has a 500w rosewill unit
