HWinfo 64 core effective clocks

Can anyone explain what is going on here?

Or do I has teh fastest 5700X in da wurld?

Not that rare to see in HWInfo. Seems to happen more with outdated BIOS/AGESA and old HWInfo versions. Also happens more after waking from sleep sometimes. I think it's due to the way Effective clock is not simple reporting of instantaneous clock but averaged out over time, so sleep sometimes messes with it

I have yet to see someone beat my Vega 8 numbers

I don't use the sleep function and my bios is up to date, so yeah, I'll download the latest hwinfo.

effective clocks are meant to math out when the CPU cores are sleeping, so if it was 4GHz but asleep half the time, it'd read 2GHz

You've got some seriously screwed up settings causing clock stretching or an outdated app bugging out
