HYTE has launched a wide range of new products at CES this year, with the company getting into the thermal grease business, or thermal goop as the company refers to its first product. Sadly the company didn't provide much in terms of specs for the Thermal Goop, beyond the fact that it'll help keep your CPU cool and that's it's easy to spread, so we'll have to wait for someone to test it before we know what it's capable of, but at least it's priced reasonably at US$6.99. To go with your CPU, HYTE has also launched its Solid Processor Frame, a CNC milled aluminium frame that the company claims will help improve to cooling of your CPU, while also protecting it against damage, by prevent uneven pressure on the CPU by the cooler. The Solid Processor Frame will come in half a dozen different colour options, for both Intel and AMD CPU's for US$19.90.

Next up is the Noodle ARGB strip, which is made to fit HYTE's Y70, Y60 and Y40 cases. It's compatible with HYTE's Nexus Link and offers 215 degrees of diffused light. Depending on which case you have, the Noodle ARGB strip will cost between US$29.99 and US$34.99. HYTE also showed off an updated version of its Y70 Touch Infinite chassis that now comes with a new slim-bezel 14.9-inch touch screen. The screen sports a resolution of 682 x 2560 at 60 Hz and has 10-point multi-touch support. The new version of the chassis is priced at US$379.99. The display can be had on its own for US$179.99. Finally HYTE launched a new powered, internal USB 2.0 hub, for all those internal USB 2.0 devices that you might have and that requires a bit more than your 500 mA. The USB hub attaches magnetically to your case and will set you back US$27.99.

Update Jan 8th: The Thermal Goop has a thermal conductivity of 6.3 W/mK and it's not electrically conductive.

Sounds very expensive. Not a new idea.

I paid less than 12€ in 2023. (color does not really matter - as it's barely visible - red was cheaper)

@TheLostSwede all that marketing and images, and we don't get a clear answer if it is electrically conductive or not? (thermal goop)

I think those graphite pads are conductive. I'm not in that thermal compound thing. I think I heard once it can be used for cpu and graphic cards.

https://www.thermal-grizzly.com/en/kryosheet/s-tg-ks-24-12

Product information "KryoSheet - 0.2 mm - 24 x 12 mm"
The graphene thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used as an excellent alternative for thermal compounds ....
  • Attention: Electrically conductive! Follow instructions!
...
KryoSheet is available pre-assembled in various CPU/GPU standard sizes, e.g.:

Another product thermal conductive

Shame on roman hiding that stuff in the text not in the bullet points

The Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut pad is a carbon fiber thermal pad. ......

In addition, Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut has a very high thermal conductivity even with very little contact pressure. Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut heat transfer performance always remains constant. Note: Carbonaut is electrically conductive.

Did you try using Google?

What TIM is conductive outside of LM?

arctic silver 5 i think, the diamond stuff IC makes i think, there are a few others I believe. so it would just be nice to have clarification is all

Did you try using Google?

no but i did zoom in on their product picture, and they have a bunch of stuff listed there. just that wasn't listed was all, meh good to know, I'm moving to kryosheet anyway, so i don't even know why i care. just bored i guess

Ever so slightly capacitive, you can finger paint all over and it will be fine.
Except you really don't want it on your fingers...
