Both are pretty good choices, although I would tell you to explore your options instead of going directly to big name brands. Often you can find white label AIOs that use Asetek designs or similar and will perform the same at a much lower price.

ID-Cooling and Aigo/DarkFlash both offer excellent performing liquid coolers on the cheap, I recommend taking a look at those. This one for example is about 81€ and performs just as nice.

Personally I wouldn't spend that much money for a cooler - when half of it's price is in RGB's and flashy screens. If you are into that kind of thing then I guess get whichever one looks better to you , since with the 9800x 3d I don't think any AIOs will have a problem cooling the thing.

You dont need the best AIO to cool the 9800X3D.
Dont pay more than 100 (without RGB) as more expensive units give diminishing returns on performance. Way worse perf/$.

My vote for Arctic Freezer III 360/420. High performance for the money and 7-years warranty and can cool any Ryzen desktop CPU.
I own the AF II 420 (nonRGB crap) BTW

To the OP, are you going to look at the inside of your PC? Save your money and get a Thermalright Aqua Elite 360. Unless you actually want a screen displaying specs on top of the CPU. It comes with nice QOL features like the fans already being installed on the rad.

One of my friends (who didn't listen to me at all at that time) bought that Galahad in July this year. Lo and behold, last week he switched to an Arctic LF III 360 because the pump hit the deck and decided to die and 2 of the fans were already starting to make weird noises.

you overclocked tha 9800x3D in 5.6 ? and you had temperatures 66C all??
with freezer 360?

Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420 non-RGB ,less than a 100 bucks , need room for this bad boy ,but I replace the fans on my 420 ,fans make a difference , Noctua fans are not cheap ,the only RGB on my systems , GPU and MB,I spend for performance .
