I Cant use Fivr Control even Tho I disabled VBS

Hello I don't have knowledge of laptop structure and I did exactly following the instructions that said disable VBS(Virtualization-based security) And my Fivr Control section is still locked and yes I run Throttle as administrator

VBS is disabled. That is good.

The problem is the BIOS set the lock bit on the CPU voltage control register. You need to modify the BIOS to unlock this. I do not know how to do this on an Asus laptop. Here is the procedure when you have a Dell laptop.
