some times gpu get black screen while gamingCan you tell us what your card is doing, that makes you think it needs a new VBIOS?
A screenshot of the main screen of GPU-Z would help as well.

Does the screen stays black or just for a moment? If it stays black and you must reset your computer then you likely have a VRM issue.some times gpu get black screen while gaming

max temp 83°C is that a issueLooks like you are fine from a VBIOS perspective. I would monitor your temperatures and try limiting clock speeds, to see if that helps.
stay black and after restart it work normal max temp get 83°CDoes the screen stays black or just for a moment? If it stays black and you must reset your computer then you likely have a VRM issue.
Put your GPU FAN on 100% and see if the issue still occurs. If it happens less often, your VRM is overheating (or could be dying lowly).

i already repast thermal past and replaced thermal pads it didnt help83 should be ok, but it is a tad high. I would recommend repasting your GPU and swapping out the thermal pads, and while it is open, inspect it for damage.

i bought used care and no any damage model is gigabyte rx 580 8gb rev 2.0Strange, I have just checked about 8 bioses in our database and none that I have checked have Micron memory matching your device ID (I only saw Samsung and Hynix) for that model card although I didn't check everyone because there were loads), the first Bios I found with micron memory was a mining Gigabyte 8GB also listed as a Gaming model with a different device ID ............

Did you buy the card used? When you repasted did you check the memory

I found about a dozen with the matching device ID and Micron HFB memory. However, we don't have the Rev 2.0 in our database, so I cannot check if there are any changes between revisions - these all seem to be for Rev 1.0 or Rev 1.1, if they say at all.Strange, I have just checked about 8 bioses in our database and none that I have checked have Micron memory matching your device ID (I only saw Samsung and Hynix) for that model card although I didn't check everyone because there were loads), the first Bios I found with micron memory was a mining Gigabyte 8GB also listed as a Gaming model with a different device ID ............
sure thanks for the advice i will try thatI found about a dozen with the matching device ID and Micron HFB memory. However, we don't have the Rev 2.0 in our database, so I cannot check if there are any changes between revisions - these all seem to be for Rev 1.0 or Rev 1.1, if they say at all.
I am also not positive there is an issue with the VBIOS, but I will link a couple that might work. @didula bhagya Can you try and use MSI afterburner to limit power and/or clocks and run a couple of tests? That might be the problem. These cards are getting pretty old, they may be degrading to the point where they don't meet advertised clocks.
If power limiting doesn't work:

I think your VRM is busted. Does a second/third/forth crash direcly happens again after a reset when you start gaming again?stay black and after restart it work normal max temp get 83°C
