Those are good. There is no BIOS specifically created for your card because it's an unlicensed bootleg. However there are some good news, ASIC type 215-0910038 indicates that your GPU has a real RX 580 core. If GPU-Z reports Device ID 1002 67DF, this one should work:

4 GB GDDR5, 1366 MHz GPU, 1750 MHz Memory

It has the reference clock speeds for RX 580, supports Hynix H5GC4H24AJR (same memory as your card) and the same type of core, with the same 8-pin power input and seems to have the same display output configuration, or close to it anyway. Make a backup before you attempt to flash this.

It looks the PCB is based on a reference RX580. So a vbios based on board number C940 wil very likely work.
As Dr. Dro said before, it is wise to make a backup of the vbios before flashing the new bios.

The ROM is flashing with the ch341 tool and the driver is a MacBook Pro 16 inch, so bootcamp red version 23 May is the latest in use.
It's egpu, so you can check it right away.

Oof well that’s not generally how it should be done on the checking side; you should really be removing drivers. Are you following the correct hardware flash procedure and wiping the eeprom?

Do you have a normal x86-64 pc where you can test the card?

For Mac you need a special bios otherwise the drivers are not loaded. Not sure if it is the same for Bootcamp.

Thanks to you guys, I solved it. After flashing to CH341 with the uploaded rom file and uploading it to Windows 11, it works normally. Thank you all for your help.
