i5 13500 i need new 0x129 microcode update ?

Hi guys i have an Intel i5 13500 still in the box but it's time to build up the pc. I tried to understand if this cpu could be affected by over-volt crush problems but i dont understand so much of that stuff.
Could someone tell me if i need to install recent 0x129 micorode fix even if cpu going to lose a bit in performance or i dont need this microcode upgrade ?

No, it's an Alder Lake part.

No harm in installing it, but you don't "need" it.

No, 13500 is based on the Alder Lake die. It should not suffer from degradation issues.
