i5-2400s & the software Throttlestop

Hi, I have one setup with this CPU and one chinese motherboard; this motherboard does not have options called undervolting or underclocking and I'm using Throttlestop for this usage.
2 questions:
The cpu is shown as compatible with 16 to 33 about multiplier via CPU-z software and I tried 15 (for seconds) and was ok... it's ok or might have damaged a little the cpu?
2nd: the software multiplier thing is not working, I could decrease voltage & clock using the clock modulation, it's the only way I see that's possible. It's 100% safe? I'm running for more than 40 minutes a stress test with prime95 and checking via Throttlestop & hwinfo, all 100%, none issues, it means all is really fine?
Why I'm doing this?
I want to decrease the wattage as much as possible, but without being bad to my job (I work on-line with audio). Even the CPU being 1.70, 1.50 Ghz (if it supports), not necessarily will lag my work and I'll be able to work properly using the software called Fl Studio, version 12 (I have it legit and they allow from older versions like 10 to the newest one all via on-line activation). Enough said, anyone can helpe me, please? The maximum temperature about Celsius was 62.

ThrottleStop cannot undervolt a 2nd Gen CPU. ThrottleStop can be used to slow the CPU down. A slower CPU will automatically reduce the amount of voltage.

You can use ThrottleStop to run your CPU at any speed you like. This will not damage the CPU.

the software multiplier thing is not working
On older CPUs, you need to enable SpeedStep and you need to use the Windows High Performance power plan. ThrottleStop multiplier control should work correctly when you do this. If you have a problem, post a screenshot of ThrottleStop that shows your settings and the problem you are having.

it means all is really fine?
If you can run Prime95 and there are no errors and your computer does not crash then it should be OK.

maximum temperature about Celsius was 62.
That sounds excellent. You have no problems.

About multiplier, being lower than CPU-z shows is ok ??? Like 16 to 33, and I put 15 or 14.

It is OK. I think the multiplier of your CPU can go as low as 8. CPU-Z may not show the minimum multiplier correctly.
