i5-9300H and GTX 1650 (Asus ROG Strix G531GT) ThrottleStop settings

Hi, I experienced a high temperatures when I was playing rainbow six siege and my cpu was hitting very often 97 degrees and after looking at other users settings these are mine but I think I messed up something.

All of your settings look more or less OK. If you have high temperatures then you need to open up your laptop, clean it out and try replacing the thermal paste. Gaming laptops require regular maintenance.

If you do not want to fix this problem then lower the turbo ratio limits in the FIVR window. A slower CPU does not perform as well but for many games, you might not notice a significant difference. Less CPU speed equals less heat. Try setting all of the turbo ratios to 36.
