Hi everyone,
I'm currently working with the real-time operating system RTOS32 on a Beckhoff PC with an Intel i7-11850HE processor, and I'm interested in utilizing the C1E power state.
I have direct access to the MSR registers, but I'm having trouble finding the specific flag that enables this functionality.
ThrottleStop running on the Windows side can obviously enable this function easily.
Does anyone have any insights or suggestions on how to enable the C1E power state at a low level?
Thanks in advance!

The Intel publicly available documentation has an answer for you.

Volume 4 lists many MSR values. You need to sign a NDA with Intel to get access to the full documentation.
