I tried undervolting my cpu with -145mv CPU core, -125mv P and E Cache and I still get PL1 error and my cpu will throttle to ~3.7ghz even tho temperatures are around 87C-90C

I locked MMIO + setting PL1 and PL2 to 200W with checking the clamp option and without then i put it back to default + Power Limit to 0 or 1024 and I will still get the PL1 error after 1 min of benchmarks

I will post my settings for reference and I hope I can get help

The PL1 warning is not an error, it just means that your CPU is reaching the power limit and cannot increase due to this limit.

What benchmark was running in the log?

Your CPU can use just over 80W for a short time and then is limited to 60W.

If during the log MMIO Lock was checked, it means that Throttlestop cannot increase this limit.

If you want to bypass this limitation you will probably need to edit the BIOS in the Imon parameters.

What laptop model do you have?

The log file shows PL1 power limit throttling is happening right at 60W. The manufacturer of your laptop has likely programmed an embedded controller (EC) to enforce a 60W power limit. There is typically nothing you can do about this. When the EC power limit is set lower than the MSR and MMIO power limits, the CPU will throttle based on the lowest set limit. ThrottleStop has no access to the EC power limit.

The benchmark used during is TS Bench at 7680M
I think I did find where the problem is, when I use custom mode in Legion Vantage with all Power Limits maxed out ( Picture below ) I don't get this PL1 throttle -I used to get it when I put the laptop in Balanced Mode thru Vantage- is there a solution to this? other than obviously changing to Custom Mode always haha

is the solution uninstalling Vantage?

I will insert another log file with the laptop in Custom Mode ( https://pastebin.com/7M6p8jhn )

Thank you both for your help

Edit: I also added a picture of MMIO values before locking it I don't know if that will be of help
