ID-Cooling's SE 224 RGB bares its fangs at the competition. This entry-level offering brings tasteful RGB lighting, reliable performance, and acceptable noise levels to the table, so it is not a paper tiger by any means.

However, if availability improves and the price drop into the $35–$40 range, it would be a much more appealing option.
Well actually the cooler is about 1750-2000 rubles in Russia, which translates to roughly $27+. If the product does make it to US, I wouldn't expect a price greater than $30

The few I could find were overpriced nearly $40+ and required import fees that was back when i first started testing. As of today, essentially there are no reliable retailers I could find in the US with this product. Likely due to the ongoing trade war. That said, if it became available at an affordable price that would be fine but it seems even availability in Europe is minimal as well. However the companies AIO coolers are still easy enough to find.

Here in Philippines, that CPU cooler costs around $32.61 (PHP 1,670), but with shipping, it's $39.83 (PHP 2,040)

I dare say that if you added another fan, you could probably drop the temps another 5'c or so.
