I'm trying to undervolt my i7 1075h, but I have my settings locked. What can I do?

Your screenshot shows that you have Windows VBS enabled so start by disabling Windows core isolation memory integrity. Follow the links in my signature to learn more. Even with VBS disabled, it is still likely that the BIOS has locked out CPU voltage control. What laptop model do you have?
