No Vulkan support detected for my GTX 1070 mobile by GPU-Z 2.46.0:
Uhm... rebooted and now it's ok. Have no idea why this (didn't get system/driver updates in the meanwhile)...
Ok... maybe it was just Agaue Eye AgaueEye.cc (xoptiray.com) a bit unstable (GPU/CPU monitoring HUD) which was masking GPU Vulkan detection. Uninstalled and let's see if it happens again in the next days.
