Increase cpu frequency or increase turbo frequency of Intel Celeron 5205u?

Hi, is there a way to use ThrottleStop to increase the cpu frequency or increase the turbo frequency of Intel Celeron 5205u?

The stock max cpu frequency is 1.9 GHz.

The 5205U is a low end, low powered CPU. It does not use Intel Turbo Boost. Its 1.90 GHz base frequency is as fast as it can run.
