Install RX580 bios on XFX RX590 GME

Sometimes a photo of the card says a lot more.Unfortunately, I can't, but I can give more information about the graphics card
You can try the following XFX RX 580 bioses at own risk:

Probably, because the RX 590 GME (specifically) is a Polaris 20 card (not Polaris 30, like other 590s).
My guess: Either it's running too hot, or has become unstable w/ age/mining.
'Not sure the 580s' VBIOS would fix anything, though.

One of the reason can also be MacOS/Hackintosh. I am not sure if the RX 590 GME is supported with MacOS/Hackintosh. Would be nice if @Darkman tell us the reason.

Seriously, though, I can't imagine any valid reason to flash a GPU into something that it's not.

I remember flashing a reference 670 to a 760 Ti OEM. Same card, different name, didn't brick at least.

Do you have a backup file for your 590 GME Card?
Your GPU-Z photo shows your card is same and I couldn't find working bios!
If you still have your card, and not flashed both bios, please backup.
