Just wondering why so many options .... I usually just plug in an ethernet cable.

WiFi - WiFi 7 BE200 320 MHz (Router)

WiFi 5 - WiFi 7 BE200 320 MHz # 5

WiFi 3 WiFi 7BE200 320 MHz # 3

I connected to the 1st, ... as I said I don't use it and not seeing any reason not to ignore the others.

Looks like your driver store is bloated for some reason, with phantom instances of the same hardware. Uninstalling it all from the device manager, clearing the driver store with something like driver store explorer and reinstalling the drivers cleanly should resolve it

I picked the router and everything else went away
