Intel i9 12900H up to this date, is it still impossible to undervolt?

I tried undervolting my device but it seems Intel completely removed undervolt for their 12 H series.
Up to this date, is there any way to re-activate undervolt for throttlestop? (I looked up on AC undervolt option but decided it wasn't as good as actual undervolting).
MSI raider ge76 12ue.

I'm looking on BIOS, and there is some undervolt options, I am considering using these instead as they seem to be the same, but not totally sure.

There is still no known way to undervolt 12th Gen and newer H series CPUs. The HX series have the undervolt feature. The H series do not.

Some users have had success lowering the AC/DC loadline values. I am not sure how well this works. It seems like if you go too far, it can trigger Intel Current Excursion Protection (IA-CEP) which can cut performance in half. I have never owned a mobile H series CPU so I have never experimented with any tricks like this.

I am not sure if the BIOS undervolt features will do anything. These adjustments might only work when a HX processor is installed. The advanced MSI BIOS can expose a lot of different settings but there is no guarantee that they all work when you have a H series CPU.

Yeah, tried undervolting through MSI BIOS and my device refused at all cost to start up, blue screen all the time.
I guess I will have to accept the fact I made a mistake on buying this device.
I had to do a BIOS reset, and now the device turns on.
Edit: Actually tried again and now my laptop start up with the undervolt settled in BIOS, but most likely as you say they won't be doing anything. I think the previous time I touched a configuration accidentally that caused the error.
