At IDF, Samsung presented its 512MB DDR3 ECC module. Speeds should start at DDR3-800, through DDR3-1067, DDR3-1333, with an estimated maximum speed of DDR3-1666. These modules should run at 1.5V.

Intel is supposed to start using DDR3 in the summer 2007.
