I didn't expect any improvement, but now my idle consumption fell from 16-20W to 11-14W. Idle clocks dropped from 3600 to 2600 and voltage from 600mv-ish to sub 500mv-ish. Actual consumption measured from wall with monitor turned off is now 48-50W for whole system vs 56-58W previously. In cinebench R23 score is identical, 18600, but max temp duringvtesting is 80C vs 84C previously. I also need about 40mv lower vddp voltage to be stable at 6000 with 2200 fclk.

Recommended update for Ryzen 7000-users

hmmmm I will have to try this

maybe it's a board optimization and not AGESA ?

Several people I talked to reported lower vddp-reqs on other boards, but they didnt check consumption.
