IRQ List Numerous NVM EXPRESS Controllers

Hello,

I am trying to figure out if this is normal because I went to go look at my IRQ priority list and found 48 different Standard NVM Express controllers. I have to NVME ssds and one regular ssd.
I didnt use to have that many and I did not add a new nvme drive. I can tell this because of the -50 for my graphics driver.

I am confused as to why this occurred. I wondered if anyone had any info on if this amount was normal and if not what to do to reduce the amount. Pictures attached.

Seems to me ethernet and wifi have done this same thing forever. Looks like your PC handles NVMe that same way when you leave a soft C-State allowing the system to fully decharge.

If this is a laptop it would make even more sense to me. See what others reply as they might have a definite answer.

Looks like you are listing by resource usage, NVME can have a lot of IRQs assigned to it.

Interesting.
If you wouldnt mind how many nvme drives do you have?
I have 2. I am curious if you have more and thats why you have 77.
Also you can see what yours looks like in comparison by using device manager and going to view "resource by connection"

The thing thats odd for me is I made no changes. Just a windows reinstall of a debloat version of win11 and now there are a few more nvm controllers than there were last time. Wasnt sure how.

@nomdeplume Its a desktop.

There is 3, as is three shown in the window, but can see each of the 3 drives is using 25 irqs.

-3 to -27
-28 to -52
