Well, your partpicker is referencing something else, but I think you're fine. I'm able to run a 5600X with 6700XT on a 500W Bronze PSU. What you're listing isn't really any different in terms of power draw. You'll probably pull 300-400W from the wall.

Given those system parts, you'd be better served by an upgrade to a 5700X or 5800X.

Depending on the CPU you choose, your existing PSU would work fine. For example if you get an RTX 3060 or RTX 4060, your existing 450W PSU will be fine. And with an upgrade to a 5800X and one of those GPU's you get a big boost in performance. With the 4070ti Super you mentioned, a new PSU is needed and a 650W would do nicely.
