I undervolted till -180 mV but still didn't notice any difference in temperature. Is my undervolt working?

Your undervolt is working but it is limited by the amount of your cache undervolt.

Set the core and the cache equally to -80 mV and run Cinebench R23 for a test.

Now set the cache to -80 mV and set the core to -180 mV and run Cinebench R23 again. Is there any difference in performance? Older CPUs used to see a small boost in performance when setting the core to a bigger number compared to the cache. For some CPUs, there might not be any difference. If you do not see a difference in R23 then leave the core and cache voltages set to the same values.

Sometimes when you undervolt the CPU will run faster so power consumption will be exactly the same. If power consumption stays the same because of power limit throttling, your temperatures will be the same.

@unclewebb Good afternoon, saw some of your replies and realized i can use some of your help, if you can.
I do own a Lenovo Gaming 3i, and already set my undervolt configs to a stable operation, using something around 45w and reaching 88c maximum, running at almost its full clock.

The point is that a friend of mine just bought the same laptop, with the same 10300h and i can get the same results as mine. Of course i can upload de photos but the main point is that his cpu "requires" more power (W) to run at the same clock as mine ( 44, 43, 42, 41), and for that reaches almost 95c.

All TPL settings are the same, and i am aiming to reach a great result without power limits.

Any suggestions?
Those are my configs:

*** Same to CPU Cache and *50mv to Intel GPU.
