Is there a database that has information about connector types & TDP limits of all cards?

Looking at Techpowerup database, I see all RTX5070 to have 250W TDP. Is it possible to update these to what the cards have? MSI RTX 5070 VANGUARD SOC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database

I looked around a bit and it seems like 250W TDP is what most manufacturers report in their own specs sheets. Does Nvidia even allow exceeding the established TDP for their models?
