Is there a way to control the RGB of case fans without an Argb socket on the motherboard?

There is no argb socket on my motherboard, and I thought of the method of controlling argb with the usb socket on the amd wraith prism. If there is such a thing, is there a controller like the fan controller, like the system in this AMD cooler? There will be a USB socket instead of the argb socket cable, and I will be able to plug it into the socket on the motherboard and manage it with the program.
I hope I was able to explain what I wanted.

My motherboard is asus b450mk ii.
What you say has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. What I mean is that I am looking for an argb and fan controller device. But controlling it from the computer by plugging the argb control cable into the USB 2.0 socket like the system in this cooler.

Anyways: I just read your board manual which it has no rgb or argb connectors in it fmi.

So I presume the fan has a standard 4 pin pwm plug for a pwm fan header jack correct?

Also I saw a video about controlling the fans rgb via the usb 2 cable, you just plug it into a usb 2 header and get the software from cooler master.
