is there any way to control the frequency of my ryzen cpu? (Ideapad 14alc6)

hello, I just wanted to know if there is any program that would let me configure the frequency of my ryzen cpu, it is the ryzen 5 5500u, I want to lower the maximum frequency to 3 ghz to have a lower temperature and lower consumption; before when I had intel I used throttlestop, and in amd I don't know any program.

Read about Ryzen Controller here and there, might be worth a go. I don't have any AMD based laptop though so I never used it myself.

I've been testing it but it doesn't work very well, I use Renior mobile tuning, but I don't see any frequency control for cpu
