Yeah the cooler is from a gigabyte, but searching in the forum's database I can see that your card previously had a blower stile cooler.
133633

133634

So the new cooler is bigger than the total lenght of your Pcb and this probably won't fit or allineate with your gpu die.

These are the dimensions of a gigabyte card:

9.13 inches/232 mm, 1x DVI 1x HDMI 3x DisplayPort

Check if your card is as lenght as this.

Then consider that the new cooler has the heatpipes in the middle, and your pcb has the die at 2/3 of the length.

Make some calculations and check if it would be suitable for your gpu

The chip itself

The gigabyte pcb is almost the same as my pcb.
Yes but almoste the same is not the same. If screw holes are a not perfectly alligned and you install the cooler it will have thermal problems due to the incorrect mounting pressure.

A question: do you have the original cooler and the new how much does it costs?

So searching online for a Gigabyte rx 480 pcb I can definetly tell you that the cooler won't fit

Check this:
rx 480.png

It's a completely different PCB

If the very first image you posted is indeed yours AND it has an AMD logo printed above the pins, you have a reference card. It WILL be the same and will not fit a custom cooler. Just look at the holes for the VRM mounting. They’re offset on the card, but straight on the new GB cooler. Gigabyte did nothing to alter it but slap their BIOS and frankly awful cooler on it. It should remain with a reference cooler, or a custom one that’s properly built for such a card. However, given that they are literally $80 second hand... it’s not worth your time or money to spend $50 on a cooler.
