Can this power supply run GTX 750 TI or no?!
With intel pentium G3220 3.00 ghz
And 2×2gb ddr3 1333 mhz

In theory it should be fine, but I'd still strongly recommend getting a higher quality PSU like an EVGA 500 W1 at least. The PSU is somewhere you really don't want to cheap out.

Probably, although I wouldn't trust that PSU far enough to throw it. In fact I'd rather replace the PSU than upgrade the graphics card, simply because a poor-quality PSU is liable to take out your entire system if it goes boom.

Eh - I'd grab a better quality unit and maybe up the wattage, a good quality 600-650W unit should be fine and be cheap enough.
Whatever you get, just be sure you don't get one of those units with the flat/molded power cables, cheap quality right there and I don't care who makes it.
