Issue(s) with EVGA's new X20 Gaming Mouse

EVGA's "Unleash RGB" management software does not seem to recognize Mouse any longer. -> 2.4G connection completely unrecognized.

Have tried disconnecting ext bluetooth adapter and resetting X20 dongle connection to repair with Unleash

Is this profile stored anywhere? To where I could possibly reset, or does this seem like hardware failure?



I have ran into similar issues with my Logitech G915, but resetting dongle always prompts a repair with GHUB / Lightspeed connection and it works again.

Seems like this mouse has 3 years warranty, I’d say go for an RMA

I also found this user complaining about a different problem, but if you read the comments he also says it randomly stops working after not being used for sometime ... I am not sure if that’s the same issue you have but here is this link if you want to see :
