Don't know what this is classified as, but it certainly looks cool. it is probably as easy to fly as a drone too looking at the rotor setup.

It’s cool because books, movies and games kinda for years now have gone for the trope of “future flying car”, but in reality it will remain a cool, but practically useless rich man’s toy. The logistical and safety nightmare that flying cars (personal light aircraft?) represent is just too much to solve to make them practical.
