These are all the settings that i have touched till now.
also Log file attached too [Played PubgPC]
Firstly i had set pl1 to 35W but game started to loose FPS quickly to 24-30fps
so i changed it to 40 and currently at 38
tempreature dont hit 100 but are mostly at around 91-92 which i guess is fine idk.
i guess repasting thermal can get me better fps so i am looking forward into it.
besdies that are there anything that i am doing wrong? or something better ?

if it matters, i am using Acer Nitro 5 [it 10300H x RTX 3060]

It looks like you still have core isolation memory integrity enabled. Follow the links in my signature to disable VBS. Exit ThrottleStop, delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file, reboot and start again.

Post a screenshot of the entire FIVR window.

Your undervolt is working correctly now. Go use your computer for a few days and see if it is stable.

The 10300H has a 45W TDP rating so Intel recommends that PL1 should be set to 45W. It is OK to use the default values. Intel designs their CPUs so they can run reliably at high temperatures. Your computer has PROCHOT Offset set to 8. That means your CPU is set to start thermal throttling at 92°C instead of 100°C. This can reduce maximum performance. Intel says any temperature under 100°C is a normal operating temperature so your CPU should live a long life at any temperature between 92°C and 100°C.

I set PROCHOT Offset to 1. Set PROCHOT Offset however you like. Some people are willing to sacrifice some performance if it helps their laptop run cooler. No one likes having an Easy Bake oven on their lap.

thank you for amazing respone

now, i have set prochot offset to 4 [will throttle at 96 ig]
but my cpu till now hasnot exceeded 94C so it will be fine i guess
and also, i set PL1 [performance plan] to 42W
also what is the max value for PL2?

besides those, is it fine to keep pl1 and pl2 35W for basic internet surfing?
as i said before, i made two powerplans having same FIVR settings but just those tdp are different
any suggestions?

edit: what is speed shift in TPL?
