Kaspersky 2015 not updating

Back in December or January, my uncle purchased a new laptop from Best Buy. It came with Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 (180 days free). Its good for 3 PC's. I installed it on my desktop and his laptop (no other machine has it installed because I kept the disc). For almost a week, it does not want to update! It's set for auto updates, but I noticed the icon changed meaning something went awry. When I try to do the manual update, it says "connecting to server"; it does that till about 100%, but then it fails to update. I checked the firewall and it is allowed. I was wondering if there's an offline updater. I haven't been able to find one, but may be someone else can.

Hi! check the system date if its worng kp wont update.

Uninstall it. Download the newer version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2015. Then install it and it will work. They had issues and there is an update

Yeh a reinstall would be good, remember to use the kavremover tool to get completely rid of KIS before reinstalling and personally after i run CCleaner, before i install KIS again.

You shouldn't, i have KIS myself i installed it last yeh and even did a license renew without reinstalling something most have go wrong somewhere.
