I think all the warnings you put on the conclusion page are excellent. Including that buying lower binned kits is no assurance they will o/c, so the advantage of this kit is pre binned, but of course as you said it doesnt meant the board and CPU can handle it.

I tried out memtweakit as I noticed in the screenshots that shows trp whilst asrock timing configurator doesnt but it doesnt run on my system, click apply/ok and then nothing happens at all, hopefully clicking apply didnt actually change any memory timings behind my back. I am guessing memtweakit only works on certain boards?

@chrcoluk for memtweak you need to have real-time timings enabled in the BIOS. Some have it on by default. You're doesn't seem to. I also don't know what it's called in ASRock BIOS land off the top of my head. Unsurprising MSI, Gigabyte, ASUS and ASRock can't agree upon any one naming scheme.
